Qualification
Applicants should have MBA, MBM, Master’s in Finance / Marketing / Accounting / Management / Banking / MIS / Statistics / Economics / English from a reputed university with at least three first class/division or equivalent CGPA and having no third class/division (CGPA not less than 3.00 in a scale of 4.00 and 4.00 in the scale of 5.00) in academic career.
Geographic mobility and flexibility to work anywhere in the country
Strong computer skill in MS Office
Age not over 30 years as on December 31, 2011
Selection Procedure
The selection process will be on merit basis
Candidates will have to sit for competitive written test
Successful candidates will be called for interview
A final list of candidates will be prepared on the basis of combined result of written test and viva voce
Management Trainee will be selected from the final list who will secure minimum 60% in the Written Test and Viva Voce in aggregate. Candidates who will not qualify as Management Trainee but included in the final list will be given the opportunity to join UCB as Officer (Trainee) at their choice.

Placement Policy
Successful Management Trainee shall remain on probation for a period of 2(two) years and Officer (Trainee) shall remain on probation for a period of 1(one) year. During this period, effective on the job training will be provided. On satisfactory completion of probationary period, Management Trainee will be confirmed as Executive Officer and Officer(Trainee) will be confirmed as Senior Officer in the regular scale of the Bank.
Compensation Package
On probation, Management Trainee will receive monthly consolidated compensation of Tk.30,000/- for first year and Officer (Trainee) Tk. 24,000/- along with other admissible facilities as decided by the Management.
Other Condition
The conditions that are in practice in the industry may be applicable while offering job to the selected candidates.
