Maasranga Television, a Member of Square Group, is a leading satellite television channel in Bangladesh. We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented team member for the following position:
Position: Manager, Administration

Job Location: Dhaka

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Oversee implementation of company policies
    * Recruit and retain people
    * Ensure employee attendance and monitor leave management
    * Ensure proper operation, maintenance of all vehicles and administration of transport pool
    * Supervise canteen management
    * Supervise house-keeping and security activities
    * Maintain liaison with all functional departments & other concerns of Square Group

Pre-requisite to apply:

    * Masters in any discipline from a reputed university. Person holding MBA (HRM) will get preference
    * 8-10 years relevant experience with 2-3 years in the managerial position.
    * Excellent communication skill
    * Well conversant with MS-Office
    * Within 38 years of age

The incumbent will be responsible for all administrative functions and will report to Chief Executive Officer & Chief Editor.
